On larger civil, park and site-development packages, BluTide prices and builds the in-water and over-water work — piles, docks, piers, bulkheads and boardwalks — under your contract.

Constructability input before bid day
We’re glad to talk through pile types, wall systems, access and sequencing during design. Early input on what can be built from the water — and what that does to cost — saves change orders later.
We have built to the designs of engineering firms for public owners up and down the coast, and we build to the permit conditions issued by SCDES/OCRM and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
